Use this guide to activate the physical Wevolt RFID card you received in the post, so you can use it to start charges on the Wevolt Network.

Activate your card
- Open the Wevolt app.
- Go to the Wevolt Card section.
- Tap Activate a Wevolt RFID Card.
- Enter the serial number printed on your card. It starts with "WV", for example WV24000xxxx.
- Add your preferred payment method.
Your card is now ready to use at any Wevolt-powered charging station.
✓ You do not have to use the card
You can also start and pay for charges straight from the app, with or without the card.
If you get an error activating the card
Check the following:
- The serial number is entered exactly as printed, with no spaces.
- You are signed in to your own Wevolt account.
- You have added a payment method.
- Your app is up to date.

If you still see an error, email contact@wevolt.com.au with a screenshot of the exact error message, the card serial number (WV...), and the email on your Wevolt account. That lets us fix it from our end quickly.
