From time to time we release small bug fixes and improvements that update automatically in the background. These updates do not require downloading a new version from the Play Store, but your app may need to restart to receive them.
If you are experiencing unexpected behaviour, please follow the steps below to make sure your app has the latest fixes.
Steps to refresh the app
1. Fully close the app
- Open your Recent Apps screen on your Android device.
- Find the app.
- Swipe it away so it is completely closed.
Do not just minimise the app.
2. Reopen the app
- Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- Open the app again normally.
Wait 10–15 seconds on the home screen so the update can download.
3. Close and reopen once more
- Close the app again from Recent Apps.
- Reopen it one more time.
This allows the latest update to apply.
Why this helps
Our app can receive small fixes automatically in the background. These updates are applied the next time the app fully restarts.
Restarting the app ensures you are running the latest version with recent bug fixes.

If the problem continues after restarting the app twice:
- Close and reopen the app again.
- Check that your internet connection is stable.
- Contact support and include:
- Your device model
- Android version
- A screenshot or description of the issue
