Adding New Location In Wevolt Hub

Locations are the exact spots where charging stations are available, along with key details like charger type, number of ports, real-time availability, pricing, and operating hours. This allows drivers to quickly locate nearby chargers, plan routes efficiently, and avoid waiting times.

In addition, you can include information such as photos and notes on accessibility or nearby amenities. These details help drivers choose the most suitable station for their vehicle, ensuring a convenient, reliable, and stress-free charging experience. Once a location is added, you can begin adding chargers to it.

View the step-by-step guide to add a new Location below.

Create a new location in Wevolt Hub

Add a new charging location by entering address, setting tariffs and hours, adding photos, amenities, and support contacts, and choosing visibility for EV drivers.

1. Click Locations Management.

2. Click button Create Location.

3. Enter the location name.

4. Select “Visible on Map” to make your location immediately visible to users when you create it. You can change this setting anytime later.

5. Select “Public” if you want your location to be visible to everyone. Leave it unchecked to keep your location private.

6. Selecting Active will make your chargers active. You can select it later once you have chargers added.

7. Enter the address details. Type a few letters of your address and select the correct option from the dropdown. Latitude and longitude will be filled in automatically.

8. Enter Support Contact Details. Provide the contact information of the person EV drivers should reach out to for assistance, such as stuck cables, faulty chargers, or other issues.

9. Enter Tariff and Opening time. This will reflect on all the chargers added in that location. However, you can add a separate Tariff and Timing for chargers when you add them. You can also reuse a template if you have already created one.

10. Upload photos and list amenities to help users easily locate your station and decide whether to choose your location.

11. Enter any information that may be helpful for EV drivers while at your location.

12. Click Create Location.

13. A new location is created.
