You can add other users to access and manage your account. You can also set permissions to control whether they have full access or restricted “read-only” access.
In read-only mode, users can view all screens, but action buttons are disabled.
Follow the steps below to add a delegate user.
Steps to add a delegate user with permissions
1. Login to Wevolt Hub.
2. In the left navigation menu, scroll down and select “Delegate Users”.
3. Click “Add Delegate User” to create a user who can access your accounts.
4. Enter the user’s name, address, and phone number (optional).
5. Select the sub-accounts you want to grant access to for this user.
6. You can also set permissions for the access level. Full Access grants complete control of the account, while Read Only allows users to view all screens but disables all action buttons.
7. Click “Add Delegate User” to create the user. They will receive an email invitation with access credentials.
